I found a bunch of the nail gradient ideas online. Decided to try them to see how fantastic they are! They are super cool. Like in Photoshop I love using gradients. And when I found a nice color to go with a glitter, it was amazing. The first one I ever did was a dark purple and a mix of small and big metallic purple glitter, clear base. The one issue I am having is the slight fade into the darker glitter at the tips. The only way I have found was to use a glitter that has both big and small sizes in the polish. Or when the glitter is uniform size, to place some on the area you want to start the gradient, and smudge it a little with a foam triangle or you finger( but there is clean up for that). I use a clear based glitter so it doesn't effect the first polish color. And I usually keep the colors close.
